EstateOS is an application for managing a residential property portfolio: properties and units, letting, rent and contract administration, financing, bookkeeping, and a cashflow and tax estimate. Access is limited to invited users.

3. Tax & legal disclaimer

All tax figures (e.g. depreciation, Anlage V, tax refund) are estimates — not a tax return, and not legal or tax advice. They must be confirmed by a qualified tax advisor before use.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Only enter data you are entitled to process (e.g. tenant data).
• Do not use the application unlawfully or abusively.

5. Google Calendar

The optional calendar synchronisation uses Google OAuth as described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time.

6. Availability

The application is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; maintenance and outages may occur.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We accept no liability for decisions based on the estimated tax and financial figures — these must be confirmed by a professional.

8. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy applies. All personal data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this address.
